Upgrade Module Firmware

7.2.1 Obtaining the Upgrade
In order to upgrade the firmware, you need to have the appropriate download file for the model you wish to
update. You also must have the information on the type and version of the installed model to know what
firmware versions are compatible.
The firmware for the various types of models as well as the possible versions for each of them is available to
the user from Apollo Video's Technical Support Team. To obtain the firmware, contact Technical Service by
