Detach Voltage Adjustment

The Detach Voltage is sensitive to elevation, humidity, and paper type. The default

conditions at the installation site. E118, E119, E128, and E134 errors are an indication
that an adjustment is necessary.
The procedure for adjusting the detach voltage will depend on the software revision of
your printer. Early revisions do not support individual tray adjustment.To determine
which procedure to use perform the following steps:
If individual tray adjustment is supported, the following screen will be displayed:
1. Select : Printer / Options /
2. Select : Tray # or All Trays.

When All Trays is selected, any adjustment you make is common to all
trays without having to select them individually.
