LOCATION
···Iri addition to Group Dialing, you can use Orie-Touch Speed Dialing,
Coded Speed Dialing, and manual dialing to send a fax to multiple
destinations.

Place the document face down on the automatic document feeder
(ADF), and gently insert it until it stops.

Enter the destinations you want to send the fax to. You can do this
by:
Pressing One-Touch Speed Dialing buttons (with the FUNCTION
lamp off).
Pressing CODED DIAL and entering Coded Speed Dialing codes.
(Be sure to press CODED DIAL between each code.)
Using the numeric buttons to enter one destination only. (Be
sure to press SET after entering the number.)

Press START/COPY to send the fax or wait 10 seconds and the fax will
begin scanning automatically.

Special Features
You can also enter groups registered under speed dialing buttons.
If you want to review the numbers you entered, press FUNCTION and
use the search buttons. You can clear a displayed number from the
list by pressing SET, then CLEAR.

The numbers you entered are dialed in this order: Coded Speed
Dialing, One-Touch Speed Dialing, then manual dialing.
If you find that you frequently send faxes to the same numbers, you
can save time by creating a group containing those numbers and
using Group Dialing.
If MEMORY FULL is displayed while the document is being scanned,
do the following:
If the message appears while the fax is scanning a one-page
document, you cannot send it to several locations. Send the
document to one location at a time.
If the message appears after scanning some pages of a
multipage document, divide the document into several parts and
send each part separately to the locations you have selected.
