Description
Turn Error Correction Mode (EeM) for
transmissions on or off.
Set the length of the pause entered by
each press of the
PAUSE button.
Set whether the fax automatically redials
when the receiving line is busy or when an
error occurs.
Set the maximum number of redials.
Set how long the fax waits between
redialings.
Options

ON: Transmitting is done in error
correction mode.
OFF: Tansmitting is done without error
correction.

A pause at the end of a number is ten
seconds long.

The Menu System
Set whether the fax redials if an error
occurs while sending.
Set which pages to resend if TX ERROR
RESEND is on.
Set whether the fax in memory is erased if
an error occurs during sending.
When sending to multiple numbers, set
whether the fax starts scanning the
document five seconds after the first
number is entered, and ten seconds after
the second and all subsequent numbers.
If the machine begins scanning before you
have entered all numbers, you must scan
the document again for those missed
numbers.

ON: The fax redials after a sending
error.
OFF: The fax does not redial.
ERROR PAGE: Resends only the page
the error occurred on.
ERROR & 1ST PG: Resends the first
page and the page the error occurred
on.-
ALL PAGES: Resends all the document
l?ages.
ON: The fax is automatically erased
after being successfully sent (originally
an error occurred during sending).
OFF: The document will remain in
memory even if an error occurs during
sending.
ON: The fax scans the document in five
or ten seconds.
OFF: The fax does not scan the
document in 5 or 10 seconds. Press
START/COPY to scan the document.
Otherwise, the fax will return to
standby mode after 60 seconds.
