Personalizing Your Fax
Identifying Your Documents
When sending documents, you can have your fax number, your
name, and the current date and time printed out by the receiving fax.
This information is called your TTl (Transmit Terminal Identification)
and appears at the top of the faxed document in small type.
Note
Inthe United States, you are required to' include this information
every time you send a fax. Be sure to enter YDurrrl information in
the fax now.
By identifying the documents you send, the receiving party can
recognize your fax messages at a glance. Here is a sample document
with the identifying information:

The top line also includes the name of the receiving party when you
send the document using One-Touch Speed Dialing, Coded Speed
Dialing, or Group Dialing (if you registered it).
