Sending a Stored
FaxtorAn:other~Destination
Faxes stored in memory can easily be sent out again. If you get an
error or busy signal when sending a fax from memory, for example,
you can send it to another destination without having to scan it
again. Also, faxes the unit receives into memory can be sent to
another location.

party's number for the TX/RX number displayed. For more informa-
tion, print the MEMORY LIST as described in "Printing a List of the
Documents in Memory"

Press SET, then enter the destination(s) you want to send the fax to.
You can do this by:
Pressing One-Touch Speed Dialing buttons (with the
FUNCTION
lamp off).
Pressing CODED DIAL and entering Coded Speed Dialing codes.
(Be sure to press CODED DIAL between each code.)
Using the numeric buttons to enter one destination only. (Be
sure to press SET after entering the number.)

Note
• A fax that had been stored in memory because it encountered a
busy signal or error while being sent from memory the first time is
erased from memory after it is sent using the procedure above.
• A fax that was received in memory (due to no paper or toner in
your fax machine) will not be erased from memory after it is sent
using the procedure above. It will only be erased after the fax is
printed (which will automatically happen when you replace the
toner or add paper to the fax machine).
