Description
The Link Incident traps.
A device registered with the switch.
A device deregistered with the switch.
A listener for link failure incident is added.
A listener for link failure incident was
removed.
A link failure incident has occurred. The
value of lIRRIndex will be -2147483647 and
IIRRListenerPID will be 0 if there is no
listener for incident.
