Connect the meter to measure between the Instation mains wire EARTH and the
combined LIVE and NEUTRAL.
Allow the meter reading to settle during the test.
The insulation resistance should be not less than 10 MOhm.
Note Once the Instation has passed the Insulation resistance test it should not
be repeated unnecessarily as the mains filters may be damaged.
