The PC in the TC12 Instation Test Set can be used as a handset terminal -
Refer to section 4.6. The PC keyboard makes entry of commands easier than with
a conventional handset terminal. Alternatively a conventional handheld handset
terminal (the same type as used to configure controllers, part number
667/4/13296/000) can be used.
If the OTU is newly installed at the site or is a replacement unit it is to necessary to
perform a full OTU reset to clear any previous configuration data.
For full details of T400 Handset commands refer to 667/HH/20200/000, or for the
ST800 Handset commands refer to 667/HH/27000/000.
6.4.2.1 OTU Handset command changes
The following OTU Handset commands are new or have been modified or
extended for the Integral OTU:

OTO 0 0 = Function for first output, e.g. 100 gives any lamp failure in group 0.
OTO 0 1 = Output line for above function, e.g. 88 gives port 11 bit 0.
OTO 1 0 = Function for 2nd output, e.g. 101 gives first lamp failure in group 0.
OTO 1 1 = Output line for above function, e.g. 89 gives port 11 bit 1.

Define the function and output line number for the two
special OTU/LMU outputs. Index 1. Range 0 to 1 for
function. Index 2, Range 0 to 1 for output line. Index 3,
Range 0 to 255. Default is 255 on all 4, i.e. no functions
allocated, no output lines used.
