3.3.3.20 Input sense control (GIS)
GIS{Group of 8 inputs: 0 to 3} = {Binary byte to indicate polarity of each Input, 1 =
inverted (default 0), see below}
Comment:
The first field is set as follows:
0 - Inputs 0 to 7 (Port 0)
1 - Inputs 8 to 15 (Port 1)
2 - Inputs 16 to 23 (Port 2)
3 - Inputs 24 to 31 (Port 3)
The second field is a binary byte, each bit of which indicates the polarity of an
input for the selected port. As an example, if inputs 9 and 12 need to be inverted
the command is:
GIS1 = 00010010 where GIS1 indicates inputs 8 to 15 and 00010010 indicates the
sense of these eight inputs as follows:
Input Number:
Input sense:
3.3.3.21 Fault log entry reporting (GFA)
GFA{0 to 31} = {0 to 11111111} (11111111)
Comment:
3.3.3.22 DFM stuck active time limit (GMA)
GMA (group select: 0-7) = (active limit: 0-255)
Comment:
3.3.3.23 DFM stuck inactive time limit (GMI)
GMI (group select: 0-7) = (inactive limit: 0-255)

Enables any of the 32 buffered inputs to be inverted. This facility is
required to cater for detectors with normally open output contacts.

Used in conjunction with the OTU fault present reply bit function.
The default configuration is that setting any bit of any fault flag will
cause the OTU fault present status to be active. If a fault flag is not
required to set the OTU fault present bit enter a data value of zero
for the appropriate fault flag number. Special conditions apply to
certain LMU faults, refer to LMU section for further information.
Used to set the required stuck active time limit for DFM for the
selected group. The limit specifies the time in MINUTES unless 255
is entered when it is assumed that the inactive time limit should be
used for both stuck active and inactive. The default values for all
the active limits is 30 minutes.
Used to set the required stuck inactive time limit for DFM for the
selected group. The limit specifies the time in HOURS unless 255 is
entered when it is assumed that no stuck inactive monitoring is
required. The default values for all the inactive limits is nine hours.
