Phase types 19 to 22 (Pedestrians with 40 Watt Waits) may report two lamp faults
for only one lamp failure. Consequently these types will automatically clear all the
faults when one lamp is replaced.
The following table gives the starting index value for the lamp fault data for each
current sensor:

Fault data index 216 - 220 Lamp Monitor Failure Data (Fault flag 8)
216
Lamp monitor unit protected data corruption
217
Voltage monitor failure or ZXO failure - 1st lamp supply
218
Voltage monitor failure or ZXO failure - 2nd lamp supply
Note: above fault data (index 217 and 218) is only provided if RED LAMP
monitoring is configured
219
Mains state input failure - If a sensor monitoring a vehicle type has the
second mains state input set to anything other than 255 it is assumed that
it is the Red mains state input and it is expected that input will become
active within a pre-set time after the mains state input goes active.

Fault data index 221 - 226 Soft Error Codes (Fault flag 12)
Contains code numbers for the last three soft errors. The latest error is in data
index 221 and 222. The first byte of each code is a data identity byte followed by a
function identity byte. The function identity identifies the task or module that raised
the error and the data identity identifies the specific cause for the error within that
task (or module).
Firmware Scheduler (EDS) errors - Function Group 1:
es list range error
es sublist range error
es free list empty
es boost count restore error
es boost count task error
es 20ms task case error
es 100ms task case error
