Note: If this command is used to display the state of digital inputs which have
voltage sensors attached, the value displayed will fluctuate between 0 and
1 for the particular inputs with voltage sensors attached, as the mains
voltage waveform crosses the voltage sensor threshold during each mains
cycle. Use the KDI command to display the value of the input at mains
peaks only (see section 3.3.3.63).

Displays what facility is assigned to each input, e.g. Reply 'S2' - indicates that the
input has been assigned to Scoot unit 2. This command can be used to check the
configuration of the inputs. For each input the command will display one or more of
the following:
'U?a' or 'U?u'
'C?'
'O?'

Set to 1 to enable LMU operation when a 50-0-50 V rms mains
supply is being monitored. The default value is 0 for a 240 V rms
mains supply. Note. This facility is included in PB391 issue 2
firmware (and above).
Diagnostic Display Commands
Enables the control data currently being received from the instation
to be displayed in binary format.
Enables the state of the OTU digital inputs to be displayed in binary
format.
Only available if the PLD 667/1/12399/106 (VMS/Car Park) is fitted.
The value '1' prevents the OTU from echoing keys as they are
typed and updating changing displays; only the first response from
a command is ever displayed. The value '2' also modifies the
display from the GDI and GCU commands, displaying decimal
rather than hex and appending a CRC.
Input is assigned to the A loop or the U loop of U/D unit ?.
Input is assigned to Count Unit ?
Input is assigned to Occupancy Unit ?
{For N+1 count, or occupancy sites, the letters 'a' to 'd' are appended
