Appendix A: Shortcut keys

This section contains quick reference information for shortcut keys.
Shortcut keys refer to key combinations that you can use to invoke a particular command. For
example, to place a call on hold, you can press Ctrl + H. Some of the most commonly used
shortcut keys are shown in this section. In order for shortcut keys to work as documented, the
Avaya IP Agent window must have focus as the current application.

Shortcut key functions
