Configuring your communications

Before beginning, configure the TPDesign program to communicate with the touch
panel via the Central Controller.
1.
Click Configure from the Options menu (Figure 221). The Configure Communi-
cations dialog box (Figure 222) appears.
2.
Choose Comm Port, click the Communication Port connected to the PROGRAM
port on the Central Controller.
3.
Under the Baud Rate, click the communication speed (default is 38.4 KB).
4.
The values set under the Data Bits, Parity, and Stop Bits are also defaulted to 8,
None, and 1, respectively.
