Introduction Overview AMX full size color active touch panels (CATPs)contain a 640 x 480 (HV) pixel, 256 color active liquid crystal display (LCD). The CATPs are self-contained enclosures that use a microprocessor to control a wide range of audiovisual products. With the self-contained CATP operating system, you can create custom pages with buttons, icons, sliders and bargraphs, and import logos and drawings.
Internal RS-232 ports for mouse and/or RS-232 communication Applications AMX CATPs can control a wide variety of equipment connected to the AXCESS CardFrame, the internal RS-232 port, or a combination of both. Figure 3 shows a sample AXU-CV (/PB) CATP and AXCESS Control System configuration.

Television Lighting Camera The CATPs use a 4-pin AXlink connector for power and data.
