Perform failure recovery of the primary host.

2DC configuration operations are performed from the secondary site.

Failback

Recover the primary host failure.

Stop operation at the secondary site.

On the primary host, execute the YKSUSPND FORWARD command for Cnt Ac-J Z copy pairs.
