7.1.2.1 Wiring Diagram Notation

The meaning of the symbols used in the wiring diagram is as listed in
table below.

5VDC power supply
24VDC power supply
• "/" indicates the low-active signal and it
goes LOW when it is ON.
• "TTL" indicates the signal level and is TTL
compatible.
(HIGH: 4 to 5VDC / LOW: 0 to 0.8VDC)
• "ON(L)" indicates the signal goes LOW
when it is ON.
• "xxVDC" indicates the signal level when it
is HIGH.
