Line/Trunk or Station Busy-Out. This allows you to busy-out
an individual line or station without affecting an entire module.
Note: A telephone on a busied-out line cannot be accessed.
The system provides a busy signal and, as applicable, a busy
message to any incoming calls. However, when a queued call
console (QCC) is busied out, calls to that QCC remain in queue
until the QCC is restored or the caller disconnects.
