Procedure (see Figure 28)
1. Take the Z200A EMI filter and cord, and plug the end of the
cord closest to the filter into the SMDR port (the top one) on
the processor module.
2. Plug the other end of the EMl filter cord into the adapter
(355AF or 355A).
3. Connect the female connector on the adapter to the 25-pin
male connector on the printer's interface cable.

Set the printer options for use with the SMDR feature.
For the AT&T 572 printer, set the options on the printer
according to Table 3-26. (See the user's guide supplied
with the printer for further information.)
For the AT&T 475/476 printer, set the DIP (dual in-line
package) switches on the printer according to Table 3-27.
