Right-click the file, folder, or volume > click Properties.
Select a volume to view effective rights at the root of the file system.

On the Trustees page, click Effective Rights.

If the object whose effective rights you want to view isn't shown in the
Trustee field, click the browse button next to the field > select the trustee
you want > click OK.

View the effective rights.

Right-click the eDirectory object > click Trustees of This Object.

On the NDS Rights tab, select the Effective Rights page.

View the effective rights you want.
You can view effective rights to the object as a whole, to all the properties
of the object, and to individual properties. Click Help for details.
