of the individual items usually consists of several steps. Press Next to proceed to the
following step.
The left frame of most modules displays the help text, which offers suggestions for
configuration and explains the required entries. To get help in modules without a help
frame, press F1 or choose Help. After selecting the desired settings, complete the pro-
cedure by pressing Accept on the last page of the configuration dialog. The configuration
is then saved.

NOTE: YaST Software Management Gtk and Qt Front-Ends
YaST comes with two front-ends depending on the desktop installed on your
system. By default, the YaST gtk front-end runs on the GNOME desktop, and
the YaST qt front-end on the other desktops. This is defined with the WANT_UI
variable in the /sbin/yast2 script. Feature-wise, the gtk front-end is very
similar to the qt front-end described in the manuals. One exception is the gtk
software management module, which differs considerably from the qt port.
