When the dialed XXX does not correspond with
any of the tables, calling is performed without
. restriction.
When the dialed XXX corresponds with any table,
the procedures in steps 8 and 9 in the flow chart
(3-C-l .03) depend on the table that the dialed
XXX corresponds with.
