 First create a negative pressure of approx. 400 Pa with the vacuum pump (this pressure is so low that it is not shown on the vac-
uum pump pressure gauge)
Seal the valve to the vacuum pump on the Y-adapter so that the leakage on the pump does not distort the measurement

The measurement starts with a negative pressure of 300 Pa

If the negative pressure is between 300 and 150 Pa after 180 s, the test has been passed

4.3.4 Troubleshooting
If the results of the negative pressure test are negative, first
check that all instructions were followed correctly.
If no error was identified, carry out a leakage test with nitrogen.
Create a maximum overpressure of 0.2 bar for this. Then spray
screw connections, screws and the lid with leak spray.
4.3.5 Final steps
Following the successful negative pressure test, screw the

cap nut and sealing cap onto the test connection again and
tighten
When doing so, fix the test connection in place so that it

does not come loose when the nut is tightened


play" (1)
 Set the unit (top centre) to Pa
Confirm with "OK"

 Then select "Reset pressure sensor" (2) and confirm
 Send the successful measurement to PRIO.IBN@gdts.one
via "Report" (bottom right) -> "Export Excel (.csv)"
