4.2.3 High-pressure monitor (each time
maintenance is performed)
Keep the shut-off device in the heating/cooling water circuit
closed.
Restore the power supply to the heat pump using the mobile
cut-off device.
Once the control device has initialised
(approx. 1-2 min), select the "in/outputs" menu by press-
ing the  or  keys on the control panel and confirm with 



The "inputs – pressure" menu is displayed:






Example
Closing motor protection switch -Q1 and -Q3 immediately
starts the compressor groups. Upon reaching the pressure
monitor's switch-off value, contactor –K0 drops out. The
compressor groups are switched off
Note and record the switching value on the control panel
(connected to -N0-J15).
NOTE
Open motor protection switch -Q1 and -Q3 to prevent a
renewed start-up if the switch-back value of the high-
pressure monitor has been undershot.
Switch off again using the mobile cut-off device and safe-
guard this state.
The internal control and supply voltage has now been com-
pletely interrupted. Voltage is still present between the
supply points and the cut-off mechanism – see the circuit
diagram!
Open the shut-off device in the heating/cooling water cir-
cuit.

4.2.4 Flow rate switch (each time
This process description is based on the use of a pGD0 display
or a pGDx display in emulator mode.
If the heat pump to be tested has been integrated without an
external four-way reversing valve, then it is essential for the de-
vice to have a co-current flow when heating and a counter-cur-
rent flow when cooling. In this case, it is sufficient to check the
flow rate switch for cooling.
Testing the flow rate switch for heating with
counter-current:
Block the heat pump using e.g. "special functions" -> "system
control M11" (ON)
Check whether M16 is switched off under the menu item "out-
puts"

Loosen the knurled nut on the flow rate switch for cooling until
it can be turned but does not leak
Turn the flow rate switch until the plug can be removed using
a screwdriver
On the flow rate switch for cooling with counter-current, re-
move the plug (see Fig. 4.1 on page 15 and Fig. 4.2 on
page 16)
The flow rate switch for heating with counter-current re-
mains in position and must be open when pump M16 is not
active. Check via menu item "inputs"
