Prefix, press [Clear], and
then enter a new ID num-
ber.

❒ ID Number is used to
specify the G3 Fax number
that you wish to send via a
gateway. If there is a gate-
way that some front digits
of the IP-Fax destination
d e s i g n a t e d a t t i m e o f
transmission, and the ID
Number should coincide,
it transmits via the coin-
cided gateway. For exam-
ple, in case that the ID
Numbers have been regis-
tered with the 03 and 04
gateways, and specifying
the IP-Fax destination as
0312345678, the transmis-
sion passes the gateway
with ID Number 03.

❒ When you wish to use the
gateways regardless of the
IP-Fax destination num-
bers, register only the
gateway addresses with-
o ut registering t he ID
Numbers.
F Select a protocol.
G Press [Change] for a gateway
address.
H
Enter the gateway address,
and then press [OK].
The screen returns to that of
Step G.
I Press [OK].
J To continue to delete, repeat
from step A.
