(1) Data module is not of word type.
(2) Swap set value is outside the prescribed range.
(3) Data alignment mode set value is outside the prescribed range.
(4) Number-of-data modules set value is outside the prescribed range.
(5) Data module settings are outside the prescribed range.
(6) Parameter setting station numbers are invalid.
Check the slave parameter settings on the Master Station. (Refer to the instruction manual for Master
Station.)
