Loopback Corrected (Normal Condition)

A normal condition exists when the DCE that is reporting a loopback condition
sends two consecutive status enquiry messages in which each of the received
status message's send sequence numbers have been increased by one.
BayStream software generates a severity level warning log message (for example,
cct2, Loopback condition corrected).

If the Cross Net or Asynchronous Cross Net feature is enabled, BayStream
software sends an update message to the DCE (one message for each PVC
and one message for each SVC) at the other end to notify the DCE that the
interface has been torn down.
