CLI IP Host Filtering - Corrected Information

The correct format for the values of the Bay Networks vendor-specific
RADIUS attributes Annex-Host-Restrict and Annex-Host-Allow is
a.b.c.d n,n,n-n, where a.b.c.d is the affected host's IP address and n,n,n-
n is the list of affected ports on that host. The host's IP address and the
list of ports must be separated by a single space. A "0" in any of the IP
address fields matches any host on the corresponding subnet.
