devices and ensure that Remote
Gateway 911x series unit can be
reached.

connected at both ends (Remote
Gateway 911x series unit and Internet
Access Device).

Check the Ethernet cable and ensure it
is good.

Ensure the Remote Gateway 911x
series unit is powered up.

Power the Remote Gateway 911x series
unit off, then back on.

PING the Remote Gateway 911x series
unit.
