Call Disconnect Reasons

The 5399 RAC and 8000 RAC provide call and modem disconnect
reasons through the CLI histcall command, through the SNMP MIB
objects callHistDisconnectReason,
callHistAsyModemDisconnectReason, and
callHistCompositeDisconnectReason, and through RADIUS accounting
attributes.
The following definitions apply to an overall "success" indication:
Graceful disconnect.
Forced disconnect - The system shuts down the user per the
administrator's instructions. This is used for inactivity timers,
resets, etc.
Authentication/authorization error.
Indeterminate - This could be either successful or
unsuccessful; there are a number of possible explanations for
the disconnect, but there is not enough information to know
which one for certain.
Table 12
reports the disconnect reason that the RAC reports.
