Monitor and Control Off-cycle Defrost
Since High Offset (Cut-in) is governed by the evaporator temperature, the refrigeration system cannot be energized
until evaporator temperatures exceed 4°C (39°F), with a 3°C (38°F) set-point, and/or exceed 19°C (66°F), with a
18°C (65°F) set-point.
