Troubleshooting
Overview
In rare cases an installation may fail or there are problems in controlling and using the
A68/A38 camera. This section highlights issues or conditions which may cause
installation problems and additionally provides information on computers and network
adapters which have caused problems with A68/A38. Emphasis is on the user to
perform diagnostics with the tools provided and methods are described to correct the
problem.
Quick Recovery Guide
Typically, the Sapera LT default configuration detects GenICam cameras automatically,
but it may be required to use the Network Configuration Tool (distributed with Sapera
LT as part of the Sapera Network Imaging Package) to configure the Network Interface
Card (NIC).
