At the Junos OS login prompt, type root to log in. You don't need to enter a password. If the
software boots before you connect your laptop or desktop PC to the console port, you might need
to press the Enter key for the prompt to appear.

Start the CLI.
root@% cli

root> configure

Stop the chassis auto-upgrade process

root@# delete chassis auto-image-upgrade

ZTP is enabled on the ACX7100-32C device in factory default configuration. You must stop ZTP
before you proceed to configure any settings.

root@# delete system commit factory-settings

Add a password for the root administration user account.
[edit]
root@# set system root-authentication plain-text-password
password
New password:
Retype new password:

Commit the configuration.
