Leased-line auto-handshake on answer mode.

*P0-15 Sets leased-line transmission power level, range from 0 dBm to
-15 dBm (Default = -9 dBm); range from -12 dBm to -27 dBm if
S35b3 is set. The maximum transmission power for Omni 288P
and 288S is -9dBm and -3dBm, respectively.
