One stroke is defined as the movement between two standstills. This service returns the Stroke
Length Distribution. The length of stroke decides which of the 6 different counters is incremented.
If one counter reaches the maximum value of 65535 dec (=FFFFhex), this counter is fixed at this
maximum value. In this case an information event is stored. Please see chapter C.5.3 for further
information.
