HOW TO PROGRAM DELAYED TRANSMISSION

The option to send a document at a preset time helps avoid problems associated with the different time
zones should you have to send a document thousands of miles and also helps contain costs since you can
opt to send documents at cheap rate times.
In order to transmit a document at a preset time first decide the time at which you want transmission to take
place and the dialling method you want to use. This information must then be programmed. The document
to be transmitted must be left in the document feeder from the moment the machine is programmed to the
moment it is transmitted.
