HOW TO PRINT THE PROGRAMMED ONE TOUCH DIAL AND SPEED DIAL
DATA
You can print out a list of all the information stored under the 10 one touch keys and the 32 speed dial
codes in order to check which keys and codes have been programmed with which numbers, and the
corresponding names, transmission speeds, etc.. This function also serves to show which keys or codes
have been utilised and which are still available.
This list can be printed from the configuration parameters (see the section: CONFIGURATION
PARAMETERS, heading: programming chart and description of sub-menu: Print Out Set-Up). The present
heading, however, provides further explanation of this operation.

The display shows the operating mode with time and date.
1.
Press FUNCTION to select the "FAX SET-UP" menu.

Press START to select VARIOUS SETTINGS and then press
FUNCTION until you select the PRINT OUT SET-UP sub-menu.

Press START.

Press > repeatedly to display PRINT: ONE TOUCH.

you want print the list of speed dial codes, press > again.
5.
Press START.
The fax machine will start printing the list in numerical order.
The symbol "-" denotes that no data have been programmed for
that particular parameter. Keys or codes which have not been
programmed do not appear in the printout. After the printout, the
display will show the original machine operating mode.
IF...
none of the keys (or codes) have been programmed, the
display shows the message
seconds and then returns to the starting condition.

Repeat the procedure from step 1 and when you get to step 4
select PRINT: SPEED DIAL.
