MEMO
This is a message that you can record simply by pressing the >I/MEMO key and using the TAD as an
ordinary recorder. This type of message is a "vocal reminder" that you can record for another user of the fax
or to remind yourself of something.
The TAD and its messages are recorded using the menu indicated to the
right.
This menu gives you access to the sub-menus indicated in the list that
follows.

device and their meaning, and the section that follows explains how to make the settings.

ACCESS:
Press FUNCTION to select the FAX SET-UP menu.
Press FUNCTION to select the TAD SET-UP menu.
Confirm by pressing START to select the PLAY OGM #1 sub-menu
and then press FUNCTION to select the following sub-menus.
This menu provides access to the sub-menus used for setting up and
programming the telephone answering device.
Plays OGM #1, i.e. the message that requests the caller to leave a
message or send a fax by pressing START on his facsimile
machine.
Used for recording OGM #1.
Plays OGM #2 i.e. the message that does not let the caller leave a
message.
Used for recording OGM #2 .
Used for programming how to forward new messages received on the
TAD to a remote location and the time and telephone number at which
you wish to be called.
