HOW TO PLAY, RECORD AND REPLACE OUTGOING MESSAGES
Outgoing messages # 1 and #2 are played, recorded and replaced as explained in this section. Each
outgoing message #1 may last up to 20 seconds while outgoing message #2 may last 5 seconds only.
Outgoing messages are edited by replacing the old one with a new one. Partial changes or additions
cannot be made.
You have dialled the telephone number of (company name and address). We're out at the
moment. Please leave a message after the beep. Thank you.

The display shows the original operating mode: automatic reception.

Press FUNCTION until the "TAD SET-UP" menu appears.
Playing the outgoing message:

Press START.
The display shows the message for playing OGM # 1.
IF...
•
there are no outgoing messages recorded, the display shows
the message OGM NOT RECORDED and automatically
moves on to the sub-menu in step 3.

you want to select OGM #2, press FUNCTION twice.
