16.3 Reading a diagnostic package
What can be done
Barco created a cloud application to read out the content of a diagnostic package.
Take into account in order to read a diagnostic package – you require a diagnostic package. For more info on
creating a diagnostic package, see "Diagnostic package", page 293.
How to read out a diagnostic package
1.
Browse to the barco.com/mybarco. Click on myBarco and login to get access to secured information.
Registration is necessary.
If you are not yet registered, click on New to myBarco and follow the instructions. With the created login
and password, it is possible to login and access the web analyzer tool.
2.
on the myBarco dashboard, click on My Support > Digital Cinema > Web Analyzer.
Tip: You can bookmark the resulting page for quick access in the future.
3.
Login with your myBarco credentials.
The Web Analyzer main page will be displayed.

Drop your created diagnostic package on the Web Analyzer
