14.2 User management
14.2.1 About the user management menu
Location & access
Menu: Configuration > System access > Manage users
Level: Administrator
Overview
All users in the system are listed here. This panel can be used to add and delete users, as well as modifying
their user rights.

Each user displayed in the user list has a name (reference 1). The group to which the user belongs is shown
underneath the name (reference 2). If users are dedicated to the projector or a subsystem (e. g. ICMP)
exclusively, this is indicated in the middle (reference 3).
Clicking on a user (reference 4) in the list allows to show it in its expanded form and displays a contextual
menu.
Following actions are available in this menu:

Edit (reference 5) allows to modify the user.
•
Delete (reference 4) allows to remove the user from the list.
The menu (reference 7) allows to create a new user.
14.2.2 Menu access control editor
Overview
In Web Communicator, menus access are limited by operator level, see User groups and limitations table in
"User rights", page 53. But, for customized control level, additional limits can be added when creating or
modifying users.
