A new untitled Automation Group window is displayed.

To allow manual triggering of the cues in this group, select the checkbox Can be triggered manually
(reference 3).

To allow inserting user cues of this group in SPL, select the checkbox Can be inserted in SPL (reference
4).

Select the desired SPL behavior (reference 5).
This option affects the behavior of Cues during positioning in a show:
•
Execute at time code: When starting from any position in the SPL, from all cues previous to that
position, only the last one of the group is executed. This would commonly be used to restart with the
expected state at the position in the playlist.
•
Last executed cue will be executed again at resume: When starting from any position, any cue
previous to that position is ignored. This can be used to trigger some notifications for instance or for
pause and Intermission Cues.
•
All executed cues will be executed again at resume: When starting from any position, any cue previous
to that position is executed. This can be used when using some pulse based external automation
device that counts the number of pulses since the beginning of the show. A reset action should be
foreseen.
5.
Click Save as button (reference 6).
The Save as dialog is prompted.
6.
Enter a new group name (reference 7) and confirm with Save (reference 8).
