Redirecting Calls Sent to
Unassigned Extensions
Designate an extension where the following types of calls can be transferred:
Calls which are transferred by MERLIN MAIL—ML
where there is no answer and no coverage.
Calls to unassigned numbers
Calls can be redirected to a QCC (hybrid/PBX only), a Calling Group
extension, or another extension.
Use MERLIN LEGEND Form 6f to identify the Transfer Redirect
extension, QCC, or Calling Group number for unassigned calls.
Step Instruction
1. Enter programming mode.
2. Select Options.
3. Display next page of menu.
4. Select Unassigned Extension.
