Color Ink Refill Cabinet

The refill cabinet for color ink is located at the input home side of the Jeti Tauro H3300 LED behind two
red operator doors. It houses six Ink Supply Systems (ISS) for the six basic colors: black, cyan, magenta,
yellow, light cyan and light black inks, respectively labeled K, C, M, Y, Lc and Lk. Each ISS includes an
8-liter tank, a LED, a level sensor, a pump, a filter and an inlet blade.
The ink inlet blade (outlined in red in Fig.3-6) breaks the seal of the ink refill bottle. This prevents any
spill during the ink refill process. However, for safety, the operator should wear nitrile gloves and safety
glasses during the ink refill operation. The "color ink refill cabinet" also features a RFID tag reader
(outlined in blue in Fig. Ink Refill Cabinet) for ink bottle identification. For more details see chapter

Specialty Ink Refill Cabinet

The refill cabinet for specialty ink is located at the home side of the Jeti Tauro H3300 LED and can
house two ISS,s for white ink and primer. Depending on its configuration, the Jeti Tauro H3300 LED
specialty ink refill cabinet can be empty, contain a white ISS only or a white ISS and a primer ISS.
Each ISS includes an 8-liter tank, a LED, a level sensor, a pump, a filter and an inlet blade.
