Slow Scan and Fast Scan Definition
During production, the shuttle
ear motor. The media drive belt
by a set distance between each shuttle pass.
- Fast scan: The shuttle movement direction.
- Slow scan: The media (drive belt) movement.

Hybrid Drive System

Hybrid indicates that the Jeti Tauro H3300 LED handles rigid sheet material as well as flexible media
using a media drive belt to bring media in the printer.
The perforated fiber reinforced belt drives the media under the shuttle (slow scan movement). It moves
a step at a time after each shuttle pass. Vacuum helps to keep the media tight on the media transport
belt. This system is used to bring media in the printer, and to feed step the media during printing
Input and output roller bars prevent the media from curling.
A media set bar with ruler indication and positioning blocks, allow accurate media positioning by the
operator (According to the layout position (pin set) in Asanti).
For the roll media: an optional master roll system is used.
