Explanation & Corrective Action
• The ink supply system is not online and ready for a
refill.
• Re-initialize the system and try again.
•The Jeti Tauro H3300LED system can
simultaneously refill more than one ink supply
system but it can only initiate one refill operation
at a time. After scanning the ink bottle RFID tag,
the relevant ISS LED starts blinking, indicating a
refill initialization. The ISS LED stops blinking when
the ink level is detected rising. Then, the user can
initiate another ink refill operation.
• Wait for the ink refill initialization to finish before
starting another ISS refill. The LED stops blinking
and the error message disappears when the system
is ready to initiate another ISS refill.

• The system has detected a rising ink level in one of
the ISS but it has not read the RFID tag of any ink
bottle. This initiates a log generation for service.
• Initialize the system before attempting an ISS refill
operation. Make sure that the ISS LED is blinking
before inserting an ink bottle. Always use any ink
bottle within 15 minutes after reading its RFID tag.
The system can only read a RFID tag once.
• Ink consumption without volume drop in the ISS/
ISS White.
• Contact a service engineer.
• After proper identification, the user has inserted
the ink bottle in the wrong ISS. Alternatively, the
user has attempted to initiate more than one ISS fill
operation at a time. As the tag reader was not
ready, it could not identify the second ink bottle,
which is unknown to the system. Therefore, the
system cannot confirm that the user inserted this
second ink bottle in the right ISS.
• Call Agfa service to unlock the system. The service
engineer will take appropriate action. If the user
inserted the ink bottle in the wrong ISS, the service
technician can swap the ink without causing
contamination to the system
