- Step 07 When you observe lines in the rectangular pattern (top solid white block), you need to check
the grid pattern shown in Fig. Nozzle Issues Close Up Views. If a missing nozzle occurs, a line will be
missing in the grid pattern, which means a missing nozzle.
Note: A naked eye can easily spot any nozzle issue as it affects the evenness of the color patch as
illustrated in the close up views in Fig.4-33.

Note: The use of the Agfa certified Tauro calibration media is not mandatory for this test. You can

- Step 10: When detecting a nozzle issue, you can purge the relevant Color bar again and reprint the
pattern.
