- Step 4: Prepare Loader
Single sheet set up
- Change from Automatic to manual mode on console, see fig
- move loader to printer
- insert pallet on dedicate place see -> first set up
- Place brackets to pallet see fig
Check if Brackets don't touch the arm when loader is coming down.
- move beam to pallet
- open op console Jog functions and choose press to enable VERTICAL JOG, see fig
from main menu choose arrow right
- Use button to move down to pallet.
- stop above the pallet, don't touch.
- Position cups on Media top, bottom and side of no align pins between 50 mm for flexi and 100mm
for boards.
On the side where align pins will touch the substrate to cups must be placed more then
50mm
- Open vacuum pumps witch where placed on top of media
Don't use cups outside media.
- On console find stack
- Do a test run
If needed you can change some setting such as
Pick Sheet Additional Travel in Setting screen 1
Speed of the loader in Preset Machine Speed
Check alignment with laser.
- Can be used to set up your pallets you only need to do this once for the different set up
- Move loader to printer on console
- Move manually loader until laser is above pin-set
- enable op console laser.

- Setting up for 2, 3 or 4 up is the same as 1 up
