Removal

Follow the steps below to remove the Y-axis parts.
Step1
Turn off the controller.
Step2
Place a sign indicating the robot is
being adjusted.
Place a sign indicating the robot is being
adjusted, to keep others from operating
the controller or operation panel.
Step3
Enter the safety enclosure.
Step4
Remove the cover.
Step5
Remove the harness cover.
NOTE
• Place the removed harness in a place where
the harness will not be stressed and will not
interfere with work.
• Since the harness is connected to the wiring
inside the base, if it interferes with the work,
remove the Y-axis, Z-axis, R-axis motor power
wires, resolver wires YP , ZP , RP connectors, brake
wires, and grounding round terminals. please.
