Laptop setup checklist

Use the procedures for setting up your laptop only if you are installing System Platform through
a laptop connected to the services port in the server, if there is no console or KVM (keyboard,
mouse, and monitor) connection available. The laptop setup procedure comprise the following
tasks:
Configuring the laptop
Connecting a laptop to the server
Starting a telnet session
Disable or bypass proxy server in your Web browser
by one of the following ways:
• Disabling proxy servers in Firefox
• Disabling proxy servers in Internet Explorer
